A Message to You about Your Heavenly Father

Just let me tell you about your Dad, your Father.

 You have a Father, (a Dad), who is rooting for you, every minute of every day.

You do not have to search to find Him, He is not hidden, but He is close.

He asks nothing of you, He loves you with a passion, protects you and looks after you.

He likes to have fun with you and enjoys being with you, doing things that you like.

He is always there, He is not busy doing things for everyone else, you are not over looked by Him.  He never rushes off to see other kids, He has to be with, or to go to work.  He is omnipresent.  He can be totally focussed on you 100% 24/7, as well as others.  How He does this I do not know, but when He is with you, which is always, He is totally yours.

You are the one He lavishes His affection on.  He does not give you only a little of His love because He has so many other kids to share it with.  No! When you are with Him you feel totally loved.  He is a passionate, affectionate Dad, who would give you anything for your good.

He is always good, even when He is unable to give you what you are asking for (at least not at that time).  He only says “No” for your protection, and because He loves you, and knows you through and through.

He knows the right time for everything in your life.  This Dad makes you feel so safe, He only ever has pure love for you, even when you mess up, He says “It is OK sweet one, or don’t fret now son” and He puts His arm around you and comforts you and loves you.  He takes the feeling of shame away from you by holding you close, and loving and loving you.  He says “Just rest now, you are totally accepted, you belong here”.

You are the apple of His eye, He laughs over you and tells you jokes, He loves you back to life and when you are ready, He says “Shall we dance?”  He makes you feel safe and protected, swept off your feet, by His embrace.  He gazes at you and says “You are the most beautiful child I have ever made.” 

His love captures your heart, you feel treasured, confident and so respected, when you are with Him.  As you dance on with Him, He whispers in your ear, “Precious one, shall we journey together you and I, forever?  I would really like that, I love your company.

I will show you things you never dreamed you would see or do, we will be inseparable you and I, would you like that?”

Just as you say, “Oh! Yes, yes please”.  He hides Himself for just a moment, but then appears again dressed in a beautiful deep red robe, you are stunned by what you see, He is so majestic, so royal, He takes your breath away and you realise, Wow! Your Dad is a King, He is the King of all Kings.  You shrink back a little, not being sure how to behave now, but as your eye catches His, He extends His arms towards you and you feel the same perfect love surrounding you.  You run to Him, He envelopes you in His cloak, and says “Everything I have is yours, everything you will ever need I will supply, I own it all. 

Precious one, what would you like to do?  I have a free day, shall we spend it together, you and I?  Come my child, I invite you again into My heart, home into My arms of love, your place, forever and ever.”
